National End-Users NI4OS Training in Croata will be held as part of annual SRCE e-infrastructure days 2021 (SRCE DEI 2021) conference.
The webinar will give participants an overview of the services that will be included in the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) service catalog during the NI4OS-Europe project and will cover the life cycle of research data, from preparation and data processing to storage and long-term preservation of data.
The first part of the workshop will present the SRCE services for preparing and processing research data: the Isabella computer cluster, which enables efficient execution of user applications that require a significant amount of computer resources - processors, graphics processors, RAM, fast storage and network - and HTC Cloud service, which provides advanced computing resources on which arbitrary software systems and applications can run easily and flexibly.
The second part of the webinar will present the service PUH and DABAR, which are used for the exchange, storage, long-term preservation and dissemination of data sets in accordance with the FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) principles.
The webinar is for:
- researchers,
- teachers in the higher education system,
- IT experts from the science and higher education system
- all users who need to perform programs for advanced computing or analysis of large amounts of data
