DESCRIPTION:The establishment of the EOSC (European Open Science Cloud) ai
 ms to bring together institutional\, national and European stakeholders\, 
 initiatives and data infrastructures to develop and establish an inclusive
  open science ecosystem in Europe. As a leading institution for building n
 ational e-infrastructures and services for the Croatian scientific and aca
 demic community and an active participant and partner in European open sci
 ence projects\, SRCE became a mandated organization of the Republic of Cro
 atia in EOSC with the role of coordinating national initiatives for open s
 cience and building the National Open Science Cloud. The aim of the sessio
 n is to bring together Croatian open science stakeholders and present the 
 initiative for the establishment of NOSC (National Open Science Cloud) in 
 Croatia\, which is part of the activities of the EU project NI4OS-Europe. 
 Croatian representatives of European Research Infrastructure Consortium wi
 ll take part in the discussion. They will briefly present their consortium
  and emphasize the activities and initiatives that they have or plant to i
 mplement as national coordinators in Croatia. Koraljka Kuzman Šlogar from
  the Institute of Ethnology and Folklore will present the DARIAH-HR consor
 tium that promotes and increases awareness of digital arts and humanities\
 , projects\, tools and best practices\, and advocates open access to infor
 mation and free sharing of results and innovations. Marko Tadić from the 
 Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences\, University of Zagreb will pres
 ent the consortium HR-CLARIN\, which aims to create a research infrastruct
 ure that allows researchers to use language resources and technologies pri
 marily for the humanities and social sciences\, and then other sciences. M
 arijana Glavica from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences\, Unive
 rsity of Zagreb will present the work of the Croatian Social Science Data 
 Archive CROSSDA\, the public research data service and the national servic
 e provider for the CESSDA ERIC consortium. Jadranka Stojanovski from the R
 uđer Bošković Institute will present the activities of OpenAIRE NOAD\, 
 Draženko Celjak from SRCE will present the national RDA node activities a
 nd\, together with Emir Imamagić\, he will present services provided by S
 RCE for open science. Hrvoje Meštrić\, Director of the Directorate for S
 cience and Technology at the Ministry of Science and Education\, and Irena
  Martinović Klarić\, Executive Director of the Croatian Science Foundati
 on\, will provide their views on the establishment of NOSC and the state o
 f open science in Croatia. Ivan Marić from SRCE will provide an overview
